A little bit of necessary small print!
- Check in is from 3pm-7pm
- Please kindly note there is strictly no check in available after 10pm unless previously advised and agreed before booking
- Check out is by 11am latest
- The White House regrettably does not cater for infants, toddlers or children under 16years of age
- Cancellations must be received at least 72 hours prior to arrival date to ensure any refund of monies previously paid, otherwise the full cost of the stay will be payable, whatever the circumstances. We strongly advise therefore that appropriate travel insurance should always be arranged to cater for any unforeseen circumstances
- Due to the Grade II listing of The White House, we are unable to provide any specific facilities for guests with mobility difficulties. Guest rooms are spread over 3 floors of the building with staircases up to each floor and steep steps up to the front entrance from the street
- No elevator is installed
